IN MEMORY OF DAVID BUELL

David Buell died suddenly near his home in Speedwell, Tenn. on Thursday Jan.6,2011 of a massive heart attack. The trio sang for Laurel Branch on Sunday, Jan.3rd. It was a wonderful service and David sang strong for over an hour and never coughed or seemed tired. The service was so wonderful and the Trio will always treasure our last time singing with David. We extend our sympathy to his wife Suzie and daughters Kristen and Devin. There was a glorious celebration of his life at 2:00 on Sunday Jan. 9th. His nephew began the service as he read from the Psalms, then Danielle's mom sang "Look what I traded for a mansion". The LORD blessed his father, Rev. Jesse Buell, to speak of David's salvation experience. Seth Carmical then sang one of David and Suzie's favorite songs, "The Midnight Cry". We were so surpised when Ass. Pastor, Garry Bingham, wrote a poem that used the titles of all our songs on the CD's. Then Pastor William Boyd gave a great message "Whiter than Snow" that related to the spot David died near the bottom of his driveway. Then the house was full of praise as David sang (by way of CD), "There waits for me a bright tomorrow. . ." (Heaven Medley). I have never been so blessed at a funeral and so many people said it was the greatest blessing they had every had at a funeral. Please pray for all the family, especially Suzy, Penny, and the members of the Trio.
